This program doesn't seem to do anything. I've tried everything obvious to get it to download a stream, but I can't get it to do anything. The "Help" is completely vague and doesn't tell you how to do anything. Awful. Waste of my time.

Sorry to hear that. I've been using the program since 2002 and find it invaluable! It works great, you just need to understand the basics.
