Ever since v. 4.5 this app is so slow that it has become unusable for me. I loved it before but I had to dump it nearly a year ago. The complaints about the speed on their forums have gone unheeded and the developer does not seem to want to fix it. What a shame. It's a great app but...

Oh my. No wonder my dual 450 G4 doesn't do well with this anymore. Activity monitor showed it using up 40% of CPU just just hanging out in idle!!!Sunday, June 24 2007 @ 07:48 PM PDT

I agree it is too slow. I posted this problem at the Cocoa tech forum and was told my Dual 1 Gig G4 was way too old to expect it to be fast in PF. Yet the Finder seems to have no problems deleting and moving items that take PF 5-10 seconds to do.Reply to This
