Well worth the $99US in my opinion. I tried several demo versions and Reunion was the best. It handles 2000 names with no problem, works at light speed, and is fully GEDCOM compliant. Only complaint is limited documentation and it takes awhile playing with it to get the interface down. Very powerful database and has the best reporting features I've found.

With regard to the comment about "limited documentation": While Reunion doesn't have a printed manual, it includes a full electronic manual--with tutorials to help a new users get started. That manual is searchable, has cross-references as hyperlinks, and is there is a "?" symbol on the Reunion screens which will take you directly to the page in the manual most relevant to what you do on that screen. While one doesn't get a hardcopy to read, cover-to-cover, I believe most users will find that with Reunion's easily understood and superb user interface, the electronic manual will actually serve them better, on a day-to-day basis, than would a printed manual.Reply to This
