Before skEdit and Coda, there were no programs to help the Mac-based ColdFusion developers (all two of us haha). Coda looks to be a more polished product. It's not perfect - there are a few bugs and missing functionality, but it is WELL on it's way to being the best.
Coda's "symbols" is much more extensive than skEdit's 'code nav', and symbols are always visible - whereas code nav is in a pulldown menu.
Coda's syntax highlighting for html and cfml is also more robust (skEdit only gives 3 colors each).
And Coda does have html validation built in as well.
