Hello all,
I downloaded version 1.6 and installation went well. I can see the phpinfo on the welcome page. However when I put my test.php files in the /MAMP/htdocs as instructed, it just spits out the whole code rather how the php page is supposed to look. Does anyone else have this problem? How should I resolve it?
I finally downloaded version 1.4, followed the exact instructions and all is well now.
Does version 1.6 not compatible with OSX 10.4.9?
Any suggestion is appreciated.
Thanks!

My guess is that you're attempting to open the .php file directly into your browser. I made this mistake at first too, and saw the same result. If you're using the default MAMP setup, try typing this address into your browser:
http://localhost:8888/xxxx.php where xxxx is the name of your file that's located in the htdocs folder.
I hope this helps!
