Where's the voice over IP features like the Windows version? In fact where are all of the features of the Windows version? They keep putting out beta's that are featureless like the ones before. Come on Yahoo, hire some real Mac programmers that can get this software up to par with the Windows version!

they hired good guys. but they didn't hire enough and they don't provide them with any resources or freedom to make the app right. :\
