After downloading the trial version, I first had the same issue someone else described. After installing, I was buggled with "do you want to take a break" messages I could not get rid of despite having them switched off in the settings.

The I used their web site to contact support, and could hardly believe I got an answer from the developed almost instantaneously that he knew the bug, and was already working to fix it. Then, next morning, I got another mail from him telling me it was fixed, and I should download again. This is GREAT service!

And now that the product runs smoothly, I did not hesitate spendning the money for the full version, knowing it was a good product combined with perfect service.
