Existing users, 
So far, so good. No issues with the update itself, or with running the new version of iTunes.
The addition of iTunes Plus, 'Complete My Album,' and iTunes U are all welcome updates that will undoubtedly prove useful.
I'd be interested in hearing some feedback with regard to how much of a quality increase there is going from the standard $0.99 songs to the upgraded versions.
