I don't get it. Version 5.1 of TLC, was initially posted back in January of 2007. Why is it being re-released? The wording for this 5.1 update is identical to the 5.1 update posted back in January of 2007. I checked the developers web site, and I couldn't find any 5.2 release, or any explanation as to why the 5.1 update was being re-released.

FYI: As for this softwares usability. It's great for creating web banners and logos. I have no doubt that it's not the sort of application that a huge commercial entity (such as Apple, CocaCola, Ford, etc) would hire to do a logo for use in mediums outside web pages. For web banners and internet logos (for use on web pages) it does a great job. I don't think any design studio/commercial art department would think that they could create multi-media logo design directly from an application that costs as little as TLC. On the other hand. This application is great for web based designs, logos, and banner text. For that it gets high marks (in my book).
