I hope someone creates a table that shows side-by-side comparisons of what each of these top, best maintenance programs do and don't do. If I was Mac Pilot's developer, I'd do exactly that. I'll bet it would drastically help sales, especially from all of us who've relied on Onyx for years. I'd gladly hand over $20, if I only knew what else I'd be getting.

A comparison chart between Onyx and Pilot would help sales - Koingo Software

We used to have one on our web site. However, due to the constantly changing nature of our software titles the list would quickly become outdated.

A comparison chart between Onyx and Pilot would help sales - iGreg

That's silly. All you have to do is say the comparison is accurate as of a certain date. So if it is accurate on Jan1, & it is only Jan 20, than chances are it is still accurate. If is now May or June and there were any intevening updates then obviously the customer should be told that there may have been some changes.

However, I see no reason why the author of MacPilot can't maintain the accuracy of his end of things and if he is unsure if Onyx has the same feature then simply put a question mark next to the feature on Onyx.

Only caveat is you should limit the comparisons to one or at most two other programs that are the most similar type of program
