The update installs properly, the initial reboot is slow, but, otherwise normal. Unfortunately, not all running services are restored on a server. I cannot speak for them all, but, of the services my server was running, DNS and Web services had to be manually restarted. All then was well.

You might want to check if services you manually restarted were permanently disabled in /System/Library/LaunchDaemons plist files. On my systems I found named (BIND) had been disabled in org.isc.named.plist. The preflight/postflight scripts only preserved the enabled/disabled state of the FTP daemon in ftp.plist.Reply to This
