4+ years ago, after looking at all the options for archiving my Entourage emails, EEAX was the clear winner. And this little program has grown by such leaps and bounds since that time that I never doubt that I made the right choice. With each revision, it's become simpler and more efficient to use, and the v3 GUI/processing improvements really are outstanding.

The developers are also incredibly responsive. A report of a minor glitch (in a beta) was answered within minutes and a fix released that same day. A support question was also answered the same day, with helpful suggestions not specifically related to the functioning of EEAX. I agree with whitexmouse: this application *is* a gem in its category.
