This threatens to be my favorite piece of sharware since LaunchBar. I try all sorts fo things and most end up not being useful, but after two days I already can't imagine what I would do without this one.
I've used PasswordWallet for a couple of years, but it's clumsy and doesn't fill everything. Safari and Firefox won't autofill bank sites. So it's been a combination of Omniweb and PasswordWallet. But 1passwd is great. It's integrated into the browser very nicely. And it fills everything, even those annowing sites that make you break your account number into several fields and choose something from a pop-up menu. I have one site that is very tedious because it asks for three pieces of information to log in. PasswordWallet won't fill it. Safari won't fill it. But 1passwd has no problem. There are all kinds of sites I don't go to often because they are a pain to log into or I can't remember the login info. There are credit cards I forget to pay because I'm too lazy to get into their sites. I never know how many airmiles I have because logging in is a pain. Now I can get into everything very easily.
There are other advantages and features of this program that the developer's web site will tell you about, but so far for me it's been about remembering passwords and loggining into web sites much more easily.
