I used to be a huge fan of DragThing. Don't get me wrong, I still am. People talk about how fast and powerful and convenient this is to start up applications and documents, well it's true to a certain degree. It was for me also, until i tried QuickSilver. Now *that* is fast and powerful. I can launch an App or document in QuickSilver in 1/10th pf the time it takes me in DragThing. And it's got umpteenth features *more*. That is what i use now. Yes it is a different class of application/utility, but does alot of the same thing (for all intended purposes), and it's FREE.

I'm not putting down DragThing. I think it's great. I bought a copy for my old man's iMac because he likes to see the boxes he's clicking in and keep everything visually organised. But i'm more of a power user so i've moved on to something that compliments the way i use my mac more.
