Used Product For: Over One Year

I've installed the PageSender 4.0 Upgrade. It announced that: "The application PageSender Helper quit unexpectedly". Over and over again. Then I installed the 4.0.1 Update, but I still get the same error message... Tech Support answers promptly to my questions and suggests numerous work arounds, such as Uninstalling and Reinstalling, but I just get the feeling that I am an unpaid member of the programming team.

Not here, neither with 4.0 nor 4.0.1.
