Serious stability issues

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Less than a month

Recommend Product: YES

I love this utility. The way it's designed, the feature set, the clever interface and the intuitive way it works.
Unfortunately, for the few weeks I've had it, it has crashed fairly often. I fire it up, it thinks a long time, and then boom. Four times in two weeks. That's not very good.
I will contact the developer, but this is disappointing for a version 4.2 level application. I suspect another bug fix is on the way, if others are experiencing similar crashing.

I use a MacBook Pro, Mac OS X 1.4.9

Serious stability issues - Jerry Krinock

I've been working with theBroz on this for the last few days. He has sent me his files, but I am unable to reproduce the problem. Also, I have had no such reports from any other users.

We're going to try a reinstallation.

theBroz just reported to me that after reinstalling Bookdog, he is no longer able to make it crash. He says he is going to try and beat it up, and will report to me if he has any more trouble.

So, at this point in time, it looks like the problem was a corrupt download or installation.
