Does anyone know if this works with the LG VX-8700 from Verizon? Or if this is other software that does?

LG vx-8700 - vjl

I've been able to use my VX-8700 with Verizon and Mac OS X 10.4.9 no problem via BlueTooth. You can set it up so that you can transfer sounds, videos, and photos to the main memory or memory card via Bluetooth. Also, using OS X's Addressbook, you can send each entry to the phone. Note that sending a bunch of entries at one time is not supported by the phone. There is no true sync support - every time you update a contact in Addressbook, you must send it again to the phone.

I find the video support to be pretty cool - I can take a video, use Quicktime Pro to convert it to a 3g2 file, and send it via BT to the phone. Pretty spiffy! I do wish iSync support was available for this phone though.
