Testers required. Any offers?

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Over One Year

After the recent events catalogued below I am wary. I would like to see some encouraging posts before I take any risk with the data on my several LaCie drives, even though they are all clones. Posts saying: "the Tool told me my firmware is up-to-date" are useless. If anyone uses v1.4.2 to update their firmware and subsequently thoroughly uses the drive it would be kind to see your report here. Sorry, but my data is too valuable to me to want to be a guinea pig.

Testers required. Any offers? - antoniong

Sounds to me that you are looking for guinea pigs for your own purposes. You are scared to use the tool but have no problem in encouriging others to take the plunge.

Coward!

You understood correctly - Andreas..

Your comment is correct. I tried to make that totally clear in my post. If you don't wish, like me, to volunteer that's fine, but why the need to be rude?

Incredibly, this update took my previously worthless data and converted it into extremely valuable data.
