Having recently bought a house I can say that this program brought great clarity to the whole process of what the mortgage adjustments actually mean.

This should be in everyone's toolkit of utilities that makes their mac useful for solving every day problems and helping make life easy and understandable.

Of course I am related to the author...but I try and not let that color my opinion of this great little utility. ;-)
