Suddenly no color

Feedback Type:  Troubleshooting Report

Contributed by: Sillen--2008 Saturday, May 05 2007 @ 03:56 AM PDT

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Over One Year

I've had Labels X since December 2002.
And loved every minute of it!
I currently have Labels X version 1.8.1. I work on a PowerBook G4, System 10.4.9.
Two days ago my icons stopped showing any color.
The icons just stopped showing any colors after a routine Restart.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled Labels X, but to no avail.
When I deactivate Labels X I get the OSX color bars. And I hate the way that looks...
Any thoughts?

Suddenly no color - pendragon

You are not alone. Others have also started having the problems you noted. What Unsanity is doing about it remains unpublished (or even acknowledged).

Perhaps if additionally post your problem at the Unsanity Labels X discussion, we can get their attention: http://www.unsanity.org/archives/haxies/label_my_recent_items_ye_olde_skool_style.php#comments

Suddenly no color - alburnham

My colors also stopped recently. This may have nothing to do with the problem but Versiontracker says none of my machines has Labels installed but in fact 3 do.

Suddenly no color - andrew.s.james

Same problem for me - only change I can think of was upgrade to 10.4.9 on my MacBook Pro. Will submit a support request with Unsanity.
