This changes system icons. Let's say it has a flaw that winds up hosing one's computer; that might prevent people from posting a review, would it not? That was my line of thinking.

It sounds like a nice freeware replacement for Candy Bar. If it works as advertised, I'd think people would post reviews; people who use this site are pretty good about following up with compliments, especially for quality freeware.
