I am sorry you find the need to blame this issue on iPod Access. When your iPod syncs with iTunes only iTunes and your iPod are involved. iPod Access does not and can not interfere. The fact that double playlists are showing up on your iPod is a problem with iTunes or your iPod. Although I admit we took longer than we should have to respond to your issue we were trying extremely hard to recreate your problem on any of our test machines. What we found is that other iTunes users (who are not iPod Access users) were experiencing the same problem. We sent you a link to the apple discussion forums where people were discussing the problem.
In the end we refunded your money (which I noted you did not mention in your review) not because our program failed to work but instead as a courtesy.
