The developer has left the paid filter subscription server down for going on three months now.

The developer has not answered one single email.

Their support has been closed for over one month now.

I understand that other issues have sidetracked the developer, however I feel that he owes his paying customers either a three month extension or a refund on the paid filter subscriptions.

This is a paid service that is not being provided.

We paid for this service and Michael Herrick and has taken our money and all pleas for help or requests have been ignored.

Michael Herrick has released a statement that there are NO REFUNDS for their failed and non-working paid filter subscription service!

This service requires the customer to pay in advance. Michael Herrick has not provided this service for months now. I paid in advance for this service.

Michael Herrick has taken my money and refuses to step up and make things right.

Buyer BEWARE! Michael Herrick will keep your money and provide nothing. Matterform Media does not stand behind their products and services.
