Don't waste your money when there is no spyware on OSX. You can remove history in Safari yourself with one click of a button.

There is no spyware on Mac OSX - DavidPabian

Sure you can remove history in Safari with one click, but there's a difference between the tracking cookies and the needed ones - banking, etc., and I've found that this app is good at determining which is which and getting rid of those annoying cookies that I otherwise have to periodically cast out one by one.
