I'm sure others have had some success but after multiple attempts at using this tool, I have to add it to my scrap pile of unusable software. Its unfortunate and I don't blame Snerdware entirely but hold Microsoft accountable for force-feeding their user communities with an inferior product and expecting the world to embrace it.
In my work environment, I have to interact with Exchange and will have anywhere from 3 to 8 calendar events added or changed every day. This has caused me extreme angst in that GroupCal appears to work just fine for a few days then all of a sudden, it will stop working and go into a sync-loop of sorts and never update recent changes. All that ends up occurring is my reinstalling GroupCal two, three and four times to get it to work but then Sync Services raises its ugly head and I somehow and for some unknown reason end up getting all 343 calendar events to dump out of my iCal but half of which stay in Exchange - go figure.
Between Exchange and GroupCal, I'm going to dump both of them and go into Exchange through Outlook Web Access (OWA) to manually delete each of the 343 events and start all over. I wish I could bill somebody for this time because its sure costing me peace of mind and sleep.
