Existing users, 
Often records programmes that cannot be written to DVD via. Toast (7.1.2 or 8) which results in no audio or voice-over commentary only.
The solution given by the EyeTV Support people is beyond resonable as it involves hours and hours or reencoding (if you have the HD space!) only to be left with the same issue still.
