I can't believe how long it takes to fix some very simple bugs. For example, incorrect help tag text that I reported months ago still is not fixed.

Other serious bugs stay (organizer has crashed on me upon quitting for several versions now).

And new ones get introduced, like repeating events (e.g. Christmas day!) not getting carried over to iCal. The release notes say that's fixed in 5.7.2. So far I'm not seeing that, but I'll reset everything and look again.

So why am I sticking with this product? Well... it continues to show potential, has a very good feature set and the various apps are well integrated. I do have faith, perhaps blindly, that it will work out very well eventually and encourage everyone to download the trial to see for yourself. I hold little hope for tech support though since I think they (he?) are in way over their heads for the tiny staff.
