Some time ago I was time for my Pro renewal and I had emailed support with a few questions but NEVER got a response back. I figured that if they didn't want take the time to respond to my email I wouldn't take the time to renew. So I went with macupdate.com granted it is not as feature rich as VT is but they software is better and support is a lot better. That was over a year ago and today came back to check things out. I am sure glad that I didn't renew. What a crock!!!!! It is like how spymac lost customers. They didn't care about the problems. Does anyone know of any other mac software site like VT or macupdate.com?
