Recommend Product: NO

When I run the upgrade installer, it tells me I don't have an eligible version. I have a legal version of 3.02 Pro installed and run the new installer right alongside of it... it can't "find" it.

On-One Software is strangely silent as emails to their support group go unanswered.

Any suggestions?

First of all ... again they did a great job.
Using the program for over a week and no problem ... not that i expected any.
To Peter ... onOne always answers to custumors with problems, so i can hardly believe that they didn't answer yours ... they go even further then that, because i couldn't use version 3 Pro with Elements 6 ... they gave me a link where i could download Essentials for free.
Don't think there is company who provide such a good service as onOne.
If you upgrade .... just download the demo and register. As far as i know .. the upgrade is a full new program.
