On my Power Mac G5 2.0 Azu runs a little slow, then again java apps were never speed demons. Same bug exists in this version: if I use Azu then quit when done the Mac no longer goes to sleep (display does dim however). A restart terminates whatever process Azu switched on that prevents auto sleep.
Otherwise this is the app for those that need to fine tune their torrent sessions.
