I've tried pretty much all of the artwork tools in the last few weeks to try and get my iTunes library up to date. Whilst Art Collector may not be as intuitive as some of the others it at least does what it's supposed to and for free. The dimensions displayed against each cover is also a nice touch.
Many of the 'shareware' options are crippled until you pay for them - they'll find the artwork but not add it to your library.
There were a few albums that Art Collector couldn't find covers for or found totally nonsense but generally it was pretty good. It'd be great to be able to manually search through the tool for the covers it couldn't find, changing the seacrh term yourself.
The only other problem is that it's still a manual process. It'd be great to be albe to set up some rules and have it automated, e.g. highest resolution, only square, exact match etc
I can't really work out what exrtras you get for registering the program - there are no extra features AFAICS and no pop ups to bug you.
