This used to have the most fantastic support but now very poor. Tried to register on their support site but still waiting for authorisation after 12 hours. Tried to ring all you get is an automated reply.

Apologies for the issues. Regarding receiving the serials, this email is sent automatically immediately after you place your order. Do you have a spam filter and could it have been rerouted to it? Regarding phone support, our dept has been depleted to a skeleton staff due to flu but, at last check, our call back time was under two hours. Have you left a voice mail?
