It found the unit OK. Proceeded with erasing and reported it was updating ... this might take a few minutes. The Edge unit showed Loader Loading on the screen. Two hours later nothing had changed --- the Web Updater still reported updating. I had to force quit the app, powered off the Edge and then powered up again. It fired up OK but a check of the Software Version indicated nothing had been updated. I'm a little gunshy to try it again. Any other experiences?

Incidently, after the Force Quit it disappeared from the Force Quit Dialog but it is still in the Dock as a running application. Bring up the Force Quit Dialog again and there it is! But click on its Dock Icon and -- no menu, no window, no nothing. Activity Monitor doesn't show it. What's up with that?
