For people (like me) that only have the AirPort Express (which is listed as support by this software) we can only update to AirPort 4.2.
I understand that this has confused alot of people here that have AirPort Extreme base stations with AirPort Utility 5.
THERE IS NOT AIRPORT UTILITY 5 FOR SOME OF US.
EVEN THOUGH "AIRPORT EXPRESS BASE STATION" IS LISTED AS SUPPORTED WE CAN NOT USE THIS SOFTWARE.
But now here's how:
1. Download this software and mount it.
2. Control-click on the install package, choose "Show Package Contents".
3. Go to Contents/Packages.
4. Now you can install the updated AirPort Admin Utility and the new AirPort Utility.
Note: AirPortDisk.pkg is not needed for the AirPort Express or old AirPort Extreme. It's for the new AirPort Extreme's USB drive feature.
--------------------WHAT THIS DOES--------------------
Before these directions:
/Applications/Utilities/AirPort Admin Utility <-- Version 4.2. THIS WAS ALL!
After these directions:
/Applications/Utilities/AirPort Admin Utility for Graphite and Snow <-- Version 4.2.5. UPDATED!
/Applications/Utilities/AirPort Utility <-- Version 5.1. NEW!
Note: AirPort Admin Utility is now called AirPort Admin Utility for Graphite and Snow.
------------------------------------------------------------
AirPort Utility 5.1 does make a difference compared to AirPort Admin Utility 4.2.
It is much nicer and easier to use.
Finally! *roll eyes*

G'day Frankie,Can you give me a bit of a hand here? You wrote, "3. Go to Contents/Packages.
4. Now you can install the updated AirPort Admin Utility and the new AirPort Utility.
Note: AirPortDisk.pkg is not needed for the AirPort Express or old AirPort Extreme. It's for the new AirPort Extreme's USB drive feature."
Okay, I did step 3, do I click on what there or just drag and drop what? Sorry, for sounding a bit dumb.

Installation fix - frankiecheezoli
My installation instructions were wrong, here's the new ones.(You may need to download and install The Unarchiver before doing this.)
1. Download this software and mount it.
2. Control-click on the install package, choose "Show Package Contents".
3. Go to Contents/Packages.
Note: AirPortDisk.pkg is not needed for the AirPort Express or old AirPort Extreme. It's for the new AirPort Extreme's USB drive feature.
4. Control-click on AirPortUtility.pkg, choose "Show Package Contents".
5. Go to Contents/Packages.
6. Double-click on Archive.pax.gz.
7. It will uncompress to the Desktop.
8. Move ~/Desktop/Applications/Utility/AirPort Utility to /Applications/Utility.
9. Remove ~/Desktop/Applications and ~/Desktop/Archive.pax.
10. Now do the same for APAdminUtility425.pkg to get "AirPort Admin Utility for Graphite and Snow" and put it in /Applications/Utility. Remove or archive the old /Applications/Utility/AirPort Admin Utility.
