How do you get it to work

Feedback Type:  Troubleshooting Report

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Have Not Tried

The website and accompanying literature promises a lot but for some reason, I can't see an executable file (or link) that will work on my Mac. I have an Intel MacBook Pro with all of the latest updates for Tiger, including Java. On a similar note, I find that many apps that are supposed to run via Java and are proven to work on Macs simply do nothing on my machine!! If I could solve this Java problem, there is a whole universe of potentially great apps that I could run (eg Pentaho Business Intelligence - see Sourceforge)

It's supposed to run on a server - mmmgood

Zimbra is a mail/collaboration platform that runs on a server. You're not supposed to install it on your MacBook.

It's supposed to run on a server - DuCK9

Actually, it is email server software, but it will run on a Mac workstation. It is available in many flavors, so make sure you download the appopriate Mac (PPC or Intel) .dmg file. There is a .pkg in there. Run that. Warning: not for the feint of heart.
