This guy really needs to fix his support model. I have never seen so many complaints about one single developer, spread throughout the whole mac community, this guy is notorious.
What's weird is a lot of people like his software, especially his UIs. But he obviously has no people skills and doesn't have any business sense, because he obviously doesn't understand that customer service IS PART OF THE PRODUCT.
From what I've read about his over the last year, he could probably double his sales if he offered decent support.
I am a registered user of one of his products, and also use Inquisitor. And I like this one, using the beta a lot. But I'm not gonna buy it. I love the UI, I love the built in search, the RSS. But the horror stories scare me (even though I never really need tech support), and I just can't support someone who doesn't value his customer base, and doesn't seem to care.
