No access to the "online database".
No response to email.
No working online forum.
No answers to phone calls.

The company is DEAD and what they do right now is a RIP-OFF because you are still able to buy the software (e.g. via Amazon what I had done) but THEY DO NOT DELIVER what is advertised (i.e. online access for a year).

If they want to sell the software AS-IS, without any online support options, they at least should have the decency to say so on their website and adjust the price accordingly. Right now you can use the software as-is but don't expect upgrades or anything next to downloading and using it.
