To fix a bug in their software that arises from applying the Mac OS X 10.4.9 Combo Updater, Griffin recommends users reinstall Mac OS X. This comes after 10.4.9 was in perhaps the longest beta test period of any Mac OS X update.

An unusable and effectively unsupported product earns the lowest possible rating.

I agree, poor excuse for this and a poor workaround solution given.

At tuning works now again in version 2.0.2. :)
