Repeatedly rc’vd error message trying to re-register: “We’re sorry but we cannot locate this user account information. Please check the information you entered and try again. If you continue to have difficulties please contact technical support at support@newsgator.com.” Contacted tech support.

Tech assistance promptly suggested screenshots of log-in process, which I sent them. They responded quickly in 1.5 days w/ correct CAUSE & subsequent WORKAROUND: “This is a problem with the wizard losing session state. This is usually caused by cookies being turned off in Safari. Since NetNewsWire uses Apple Webkit - the same engine as Safari - it shares security settings.” I suggest that notification of “cookies enabled to log-in” for activation process would be helpful.
