Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Over One Year

Recommend Product: NO

I am not running Safari 2.0.4 One day it just decided it would
start up then quit. I looked on line but there doesn't seem to be any fix. How is it that foxfire can be so much more reliable.

Safari - jonwbsc

OS X apps will do that sometimes, not just Safari. It doesn't mean it's a bad product. It most likely means your preferences file(s) are corrupt. Shutdwn Safari. Go to Library > Preferences and move com.apple.Safari.plist to your desktop (in case that 's not the problem, you can then put it back). Then restart Safari. The preferences will be reset to defaults when it comes back up, but that could very well do the trick.
