It seems a few people are having lots of problems with iPSP. Although I have never tried this program. I do have PSPWare from NullRiver. I actually have few programs from them. Their customer support is excellent. While the program doesn't directly convert Video_TS folders you can use Handbrake / Instant Handbrake to convert them for the PSP. Handbrake is a free program as well. (although PSPWare is not, it isn't an expensive program). Just my thoughts. It would be nice for them to support conversion of Video_TS folders directly though.
