I have been using all of the Unsanity haxies for years, and I have had NO issues. If you follow Unsanity's weblog you will see that Unsanity has always been keen on resolving end-users issues. APE did have an issues with Intel machines until 10.4.9 came along. That issue was related to Apple's OS, and not Unsanity. If you feel APE is causing an issue simply contact Unsanity via:

Zero Issues? Zero Response! - terrespencer
I have contacted Unsanity more than a dozen times. I have not received even a form email saying that they would look into the problem! Nothing. I am not running an Intel machine and have had 10.4.9 all along. According to the Unsanity documentation, I should have no problems at all. Yet, I do, not only on my laptop, but on the desktop at hom and at the office. Three machines is NOT a coincidence! It is a bug and Unsanity has not responded to any of my attempts to resolve these issues.I am quite frustrated with the lack of customer support.

Zero Issues? Zero Response! - DavidRavenMoon
I've had Rosyna email me a couple of times over the years when I had questions. I really have to say I have had zero problems on 5 Macs over the years running their stuff since they fist came out.I'd be lost without Windowshade X!

Zero Issues - wgscott
I had my first "issue" after I think 4 years or more of using these. My library for pam authentication was clobbered by the installer. The unsanity folks said it was an Apple bug, but with 12 computers, this was a first.Reply to This
