APC UPS is not properly added to EnergySaver after reboot

Feedback Type:  Commentary

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Over One Year

Recommend Product: YES

With 10.4.9 every time I reboot I have to plug and unplug the USB to my APC UPS RS1500, because it disappears from the EnergySaver Preference Pane. How difficult is it to not introduce bugs and break something that was working just fine? I know it is a minor thing, but shouldnt be really. Other than that I could not find any problems with it. Startup after install took forever though.
