After install, Date and Time show correct time, Analog correct, Window option correct, but normal digital menu bar display is wrong.

The problem you are experiencing is due to Cocoa based apps using yet another mechanism for for keeping track of time. I did the best I could to incorporate the major time tracking mechanisms in the time that I had to work on this.

It DOES cover the BSD subsytem and Java - likely to be the time sources for the bulk of apps.
