If one goes just on what the developer wrote on VT, one wouild think that it's just an additional wifi connection-as presented here. Once I downloaded, open and installed this application discovered that it's actually more like a chat program that will allow one to chat w/people all over the world. Of course, one has to do the work to fill in the information and physically subscribe to Whisher. I wish the developer had supplied more detailed information about exactly what the product is and/or does. I would liked to have known more about this application prior to downloading it. Why should I waste my time with this especially since I ended up trashing it after I discovered that what I had downloaded was not as it was portrayed here?
