Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Less than a month

Recommend Product: YES

i seem to get a stronger signal from my Aiport Extreme (g) and Airport Express configured for WDS; has anyone tested this empirically (because the Apple meter may be fibbing about signal strength)?

and it may be a little early to be sure, but so far i haven't gotten the almost-daily network drops which required restarting my MBP before it would accept an IP address from my home routers

not sure if this is a factor, but though my own routers are Apple hardware, i often leave home and use cafe wireless, plus there are a number of other-branded wireless nodes within range of my home (though i don't join them)

i give Apple poor marks on documentation because it is not clear exactly what problems i should expect to have been solved
