Nice technology - shame about the interface...
Doesn't integrate with anything very well on the Mac. Importing from Address book, doesn't work properly.
You can't edit phone numbers, you have to delete the complete
entry and start again!
This company have obscene amounts of money, so perhaps they
might bother to get something sorted.

clunky - poor integration.
