The developer seems to think that everyone using OSX places their contents of the computer in the users folder. If you partition your drive like I do, this program becomes useless.

Please allow the program to scan all the drives in the computer. Make it more finder like would be best.

Does not read all drives. - dokko

Turn off "safe mode" in Preferences and select "root" from popup. You'll find all your drives under "Volumes" directory in the leftmost column.
