It's totally random and anyone who tells you different needs to get back on their meds. Think about it, if this program was able to do what it's supposed to do wouldn't the people selling it be millionairs by now?? Just like fortune tellers and psychics, they deal in nothing but hot air for your money. Lotto prediction programs do not work.
