Proceed with caution with this software. I installed this product, and am having a heck of a time removing the program, and the software company is NOT getting back to me. Does anyone have any advice on uninstalling DVD Ripper for Mac? I repeat, Proceed with caution with this software.

I cannot seem to remove this application. It has taken over my ImageConverterX application, where this application is calling itself DVD Ripper for Mac! Since I am not a big control line freak, I can't seem to remove DVD Ripper for Mac, and the company won't get back to me on instructions for its removal! Any suggestions? I would suggest that you Do Not use DVD Ripper for Mac!Monday, March 12 2007 @ 02:45 PM PDT

When you say use "caution with this software", is there some functionality issue or are you just concerned because you had trouble removing it?Could you please be more explicit?
